Our Monday students paid a visit to Robert and Robyn Guyton's tranquil Food Forest, understanding the philosophy behind their unique ecosystem and tasting the precious fruits within their unique 1 1/2 acre section . Next visiting the Environment Centre, an opportunity to see the process from harvesting items to preparing them for market. There was a huge range of organic produce and informative display boards outlining topics like: Water quality, Pest control, Natural health and Fair Trade. After lunch we took a drive around Henderson Bay before taking some time out at Moores Reserve.
Once again, a huge thanks to our supportive parents who accompanied us.
