Last Monday, as part of our Talent Development, we had some fun.
We are creating a movie documenting Surviving for 3 days in Sandy Point.
So for a test we created hobo tins, portable camp cookers, using empty fruit tins. Using pliers and power tools, we cut out holes for ventilation and to allow space for burning paper and dry wood. We cooked a couple of tasty sausages to test. The burners worked perfectly.
We are aiming to go out to Sandy Point for 3 days and to learn more survival safety skills, such as building a bivouac.
